Joe Vitale – Zero Limits

Joe Vitale befriended a Hawaiian healer, Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, who performs a modern version of Ancient Hawaiian, ‘kahuna’ healing tradition, called ho’oponopono. Joe Vitale – Zero Limits.

Stories existed about how Dr Len had healed a complete ward of violent and dangerous mentally ill criminals in Hawaii, to the extent that the ward had to be closed because all the patients were miraculously cured.

The patients apparently now lead normal lives. The amazing part is – Dr Len healed the patients without ever talking or meeting any of them. He used a process that involved “cleaning” his own thoughts and memories while he looked over the patients files daily from 1983 to 1987.

What Is Ho’oponopono ?meditation-vitale-joe

Many people have understood ho’oponopono to be a mantra where one repeats the words ‘I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you’ as a form of mental and spiritual cleaning that could be compared to buddhist techniques for clearing karma.

Joe Vitale mentions that Ho’opono is about returning to the void or zero state – a state where nothing exists and anything is possible. No thoughts, problems, memories or beliefs.

Can you Make This Work – Ho’oponopono ?

Guided through step-by-step lessons, you will learn that modern Ho’oponopono evolves this ancient Hawaiian healing practice yet one-step further. It does this by unlocking the ability to cleanse and heal yourself and others.
This is done by a simple, cleaning away process of your memories. It dissipates the mind’s data, allowing multi-dimensional light to come into both the conscious and subconscious parts of the mind.

You will learn how to remove all limiting beliefs from yourself, by following the simple mantra each day.

The Zero Limits Process

The method taught by Joe Vitale and Dr Len called zerolimits simplifies the original process even more into a mantra that must be repeated over and over each day. The effect is constant cleansing.

Eventually even the subconscious will do the cleaning automatically – even when you are sleeping. Joe Vitale – Zero Limits and here is the mantra.

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

The Simplicity of the Process

What I love most about Ho’Oponopono is its simplicity, and how it never gets old. You can do it again and again and continue to experience new openings of the heart.

Anyone on the spiritual path who has been looking for answers to a more peaceful and harmonious life, ho’oponopono might be the jumping off point you’ve been looking to find.

Even if a person does nothing more than begin to recite the mantra, “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you,” over and over again, especially when confronted with fear, confusion or anger, it just might make a difference.

Final Thoughts

What do you want out of this process? To feel free, to feel clear.

To accept myself, to love myself. To embrace my life with gratitude. To allow myself to be divinely inspired and to no longer need certain outcomes in life to make me feel good. To be present, in the now.

I suggest that you give ho’oponopono a try for 21 days saying it to yourself slowly for just minutes a day and you too can then see the results for yourself.
